Well, one can't live on oldtimers alone. Especially considering the traffic around here it is nice to do the daily commute in a fast and safe car. Besides anybody needs a station wagon; they're just so practical.

The power of this car is pretty amazing. It does anything without any effort. The mileage might not be the best if you have a heavy right foot, but it is not that much worse than the same car with the normal 2.8l engine. And then I do prefer 4.2l V8 with 100+ HP more than the 2.8l anyday!

Only thing with modern cars is that you can't bloody do anything on them yourself anymore! Hardly even simple stuff. I tried to just change a brake light bulb in the rear and that was a one hour job since there were numerous black boxes in the way that has to be removed in the right order and the right angles, etc. But I learnt my lesson, you will not catch me trying that again...
